A teenager in Taiwan has been ordered by the Taoyuan District Juvenile Court on Oct. 5 to pay NT＄12,000 in compensation to a garbage collector he insulted. The incident occurred last year when the worker, surnamed Su, was collecting garbage in Taoyuan City. The judge also requested the teenager to apologize to Su and attend a legal counseling course.
